Return Eligibility
You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order if:
The product is unused and unworn.
The product is in its original condition.
All original tags, packaging, and accessories are intact.
The item is not damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or normal wear and tear.
Non-Returnable Items
Returns will not be accepted in the following cases:
Products showing signs of use or wear.
Products returned without original packaging or tags.
Items damaged after delivery.
Products purchased during special clearance or final sale offers (unless defective).
Exchange Policy
We offer a one-time size exchange subject to availability.
To request an exchange, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. If the requested size is unavailable, customers may opt for store credit or a refund as per eligibility.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery by sharing clear photos and your order details.
After verification, we will arrange a replacement or provide a full refund.
Refund Process
Once your returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status.
Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days through the original payment method.
All COD orders are eligible only for exchange or store credit. No monetary refunds will be processed under any circumstances except where required by applicable law.
